Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the GroupRemix application. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement. We recommend you seek independent legal advice if you have any questions about your rights and obligations.
By accessing or using the GroupRemix application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GroupRemix. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using GroupRemix, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts created on behalf of minors are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GroupRemix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity.
GroupRemix is a social event planning platform designed to help groups discover and book shared experiences. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to transmit any unlawful, harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GroupRemix may facilitate bookings through third-party platforms including but not limited to OpenTable, Resy, Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, and others. All such bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party platform. GroupRemix is not a party to those transactions and accepts no liability for issues arising from third-party bookings, including cancellations, refunds, or venue disputes. Affiliate links may be used and GroupRemix may earn a commission on qualifying bookings.
GroupRemix offers a loyalty rewards program ("GroupRemix Rewards") that allows users to earn points through eligible activities. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. GroupRemix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time without prior notice. Points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period. Fraudulent activity related to the rewards program may result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.
By submitting reviews, photos, feedback, or any other content ("User Content") through the App, you grant GroupRemix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. GroupRemix reserves the right to remove any User Content at its discretion.
GroupRemix may provide allergen and dietary information sourced from venues, third-party databases, and user submissions. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be complete or up to date. GroupRemix makes no warranty as to the accuracy of allergen data and strongly encourages users with severe allergies or dietary requirements to contact the venue directly before attending. GroupRemix is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from reliance on allergen information displayed in the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GroupRemix, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the App are the property of GroupRemix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of GroupRemix intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GroupRemix does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroupRemix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GroupRemix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief.
GroupRemix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
